Short Fiction
Before finding a publisher for my first novel Song Quest, I wrote some short stories for science fiction, fantasy and horror magazines of the 1990s. Many of these magazines existed before the digital age and have long since disappeared, so I'm collecting my favourite stories from that era into a series of books called 'Ampersand Tales'.
The following Ampersand collections are now available in ebook and paperback, each containing seven stories with an introduction setting them in the context of my writing career. Please note that these stories were originally written for adults and are therefore not recommended for younger readers - suggested reading age 13+.
